Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

Yes, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the items.

What items can be returned?
Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. The packaging must be completely intact. If it is even slightly torn, we cannot accept the return due to hygiene standards.

Why can’t I return opened products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened products.

LooksZone was born out of frustration that there wasn’t a proper online store for products designed to enhance and provide basic grooming for boys and men. Our founder, Štěpán, came across the trend of “looksmaxxing” and decided to combine these two things to start helping and advising men on how they can improve their appearance and take care of themselves every day so that those around them perceive them more positively and they finally feel more confident when they see the results. That’s why LooksZone was created to help men in their daily lives.
