By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. 2. Order Process, Modification and Rejection

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including after an Order Confirmation has been sent or payment has been processed. If your order is rejected and payment has already been made, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method. The contract between you and Lookszone is formed only when your order has been dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping, Risk of Loss and Title
The average delivery time is 5–8 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control, including customs clearance or logistical disruptions. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the shipment. In the event of lost or significantly delayed shipments, we will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier. Any such claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies, and resolution may depend on their decision. Unless agreed otherwise, shipping will be made to the delivery address indicated by you. If you are a consumer, the risk of damage or loss of products passes to you upon delivery of your order. If you are not a consumer, the risk passes to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier.Delivery lead times vary. All delivery dates are estimates containing approximate values and are not a guarantee that the products will be delivered on the specified date. We retain title to all products delivered until payment has been fully made.

4. Pricing and Payments
The prices of products and applicable shipping fees are displayed on our website at the time you place your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Returns and RefundsYou have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or are not in a resalable condition cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. If the returned item meets all conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after inspection.
