Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions (Strict Policy)
Due to the personal nature of our products—including: Product Packs, Mouth Tape, Tongue Cleaner, Jaw Trainers, Nasal Strips, Ice Roller, Derma Roller, Face Brush, and Gua Sha tools - we maintain strict hygiene standards.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original factory-sealed packaging.
Opened Items: Any item that has been opened, tried on, or had its seal broken is not eligible for a return or refund for health and safety reasons.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label.
Contact: Email změnit@lookszone.store with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will email you specific instructions and the correct return mailing address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at změnit@lookszone.store with:
Your Order Number.
Clear photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product received.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Shipping & Return Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Order Cancellations
Because our fulfillment system is automated with our global suppliers to ensure fast processing, we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order is placed. If the order has already been processed, you must wait to receive the item and then follow the standard return process.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
